DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder Capture Card

Issue

The DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder Capture Card is not one of the Blackmagic cards that we formally list as supported for use with our SubC Products, such as SubC Stream and SubC DVR+O desktop applications. However, we have encountered this specific model card used with our SubC Stream application that produced an issue with the video artifacts display in the SubC Stream desktop application.

Mitigation

Please refer to the specific SubC Product → System Requirements page located in our SubC Product User Manuals for a listing of Capture Cards that we have tested and recommend for use with our products.
