Canceling Hibernate

In Rayfin Benthic Hibernation the Hibernate cycle can be cancelled using the Wake-Up Switch. To cancel the Hibernate cycle simply turn on the switch for at least 5 seconds. The Wake-Up switch can also remain in the On state during the bench test. However, if a Hibernation cycle script is executed with the Wake-Up switch in the On state, the Camera runs the script but it doesn’t do the Hibernation, and the camera will stay on after finishing the script till the switch turns off.

The switch has three positions: Neutral (middle), (I) = OFF, (II) = ON

Hibernate Cancelation Indicator

If the Hibernation cycle is canceled by the Wake-Up switch, the LED will blink on and off three times, as shown in the video clip below.

Canceling Indicator

It then cancels the Autonomous Time-Lapse operation and Disarm the script. As a result, the camera will not execute the script during the next power-up.

If the Rayfin is not visible in SCI after turning the Wake-Up Switch on, ensure that the Rayfin and the computer running SCI are connected to the same network. For further assistance, please contact support@subcimaging.com.

In the Hibernation version, keep the Wake-Up switch in the “On“ state when upgrading the camera.
