When Channel Input is Rayfin

  • Speed Test: Opens a browser to an application to test the Rayfin Camera Download / Upload speed.

  • Download Speed - The speed at which commands are transmitted from the DVR+O / SCI Rayfin controls to the Rayfin camera.

  • Upload Speed - The speed at which the video stream from the Rayfin camera is transmitting to the DVR+O / SCI and the speed at which Still images are transmitted from the Rayfin camera to the DVR+O / SCI drive (when Storage is set to External).

Channel Name - The name of the current Channel appears in this field. You can also edit this field to change the Channel name.

Input Details

  • Camera Id: When the Channel is connected to a Rayfin camera, this field displays the current Channel’s Rayfin camera name, serial number, and software version.

  • Address: Displays Channel’s SRT or RTSP address.

  • Resolution: Displays the video resolution

  • Transport: Displays the selected transport protocol.

  • Framerate: Displays the Rayfin video framerate.

  • Bitrate: Displays the Rayfin video bitrate.

  • Encoder: Displays the selected encoder.

  • Decoder: Displays the selected decoder.

  • Parameters: Displays the advanced parameter settings.

Input Stats

  • Buffer: Displays video input buffer rates

  • FPS: Displays video input frames per second

  • Codec: Displays the current video codec type.

Rayfin Details

  • Serial Number: Rayfin camera’s SubC serial number.

  • ROM Version: Rayfin camera’s ROM version.

  • Rayfin Version: Rayfin camera’s application version.

  • Microcontroller State:

    • Normal - means Rayfin Software is current and in good state

    • Bootloader - will appear briefly during Rayfin software updating.

  • Firmware Version: Rayfin camera’s firmware version.

  • Storage Space: Shows Rayfin Internal Storage - displays how much space is available.

  • CPU Temperature: Rayfin camera’s internal temperature.

  • Ambient Temperature: Rayfin camera’s external temperature.

  • Humidity: Rayfin camera’s relative humidity.

  • Connection Speed: Max potential connection speed between the Rayfin and the DVR+O / SCI expressed in megabits per second.

  • Generation: The Rayfin camera’s hardware version.

  • Lens: Displays the Rayfin camera lens type

    • [Stock | Zoom | FCB]

When Channel Input is Capture Card

Channel Name - The name of the current Channel appears in this field. You can also edit this field to change the Channel name.

Input Details

  • Device: Displays the brand name of the Capture Card

  • VideoInput: Displays the selected video input.

  • VideoFormat: Displays the selected video format.

When Channel Input is IP Camera

Channel Name - The name of the current Channel appears in this field. You can also edit this field to change the Channel name.

Input Details

  • Address: Displays the RTSP address of the Input

  • IP Address: Displays the Address entered to connect to the camera (which may or may not include the IP Address - In this example, the address of the camera is being resolved through DNS).

  • Resolution: Displays the video resolution

  • Transport: Displays the selected transport protocol.

  • Framerate: Displays the selected frame rate

  • Decoder: Displays the selected decoder.

  • Parameters: Displays the advanced parameter settings.

Input Stats

  • Buffer: Displays seconds of video preloaded

  • FPS: Displays Frames per second

  • Codec: Displays the selected video compression method (Example: HEVC = H.265)

When Channel Input is Presentation → Presentation

Channel Name - The name of the current Channel appears in this field. You can also edit this field to change the Channel name.

Input Details

  • Presentation: Displays the name of the selected Presentation

  • Resolution: Displays the video resolution

  • Channel: Displays the name of the Presentation’s source Streaming Channel.

When Channel Input is Presentation → One-Time Stream

Channel Name - The name of the current Channel appears in this field. You can also edit this field to change the Channel name.

Input Details

  • One-Time Stream Address: Displays the link address for the One-Time Stream video.

When Channel input is Screen Capture → Screen Capture

Channel Name - The name of the current Channel appears in this field. You can also edit this field to change the Channel name.

Input Details

  • Type: Displays the Capture type that has been selected.

  • Monitor: Displays the identification number of the monitor that is the source of the current Screen Capture input (if you have multiple monitors connected to the system).

When Channel input is Screen Capture → Window Capture

Channel Name - The name of the current Channel appears in this field. You can also edit this field to change the Channel name.

Input Details

  • Type: Displays the Capture type that has been selected.

  • Resolution: Displays the video resolution

  • Window: Displays the name of the Window that is being captured.

  • By Window Name: Displays True or False, depending on if you selected “Load by Window Name” in the previous Screen Capture selection step.

When Channel input is Edge

Channel Name - The name of the current Channel appears in this field. You can also edit this field to change your DVR+O Channel name.

Input Details

  • Address: displays the full URL path of Edge Streaming source

  • Channel: displays the source Hostname and Channel name that is streaming the video to the Edge Server - which is the input to your current Edge Input DVR+O Channel.
