SubC software utilizes connections on the ports listed below.

Ask your IT Network team to open the following network ports to enable these Services.

If you have a Firewall / Windows Firewall enabled, ensure the SubC Software application is permitted on Public / Private Networks.

SubC Blackbox does not require any additional network requirements, other than your local network communication between the Blackbox system and devices such as IP cameras and shared network drives within your LAN.

However, if you are using SubC Blackbox with SubC Streaming Service, you will require the following:

Incoming/Outgoing ports for video streams.

Blackbox is capable of streaming its video Channels when you also subscribe to the SubC Streaming Service. Please refer to the SubC Streaming Service Web User Manual for details on SubC Streaming Services' network ports requirements.

If you encounter any issues connecting the SubC Software to these ports (potentially due to these ports being disabled or already used by other programs/services) please confirm with your IT Network Administration team before contacting support@subccontrol.com.
