SubC Annual Success Program

The SubC Annual Success Program is an end-to-end service that combines human customer support, software updates, hardware warranty, and virtual training.

Who benefits from this program?

➡️ Your first year is included with the purchase of SubC Rayfin Camera, DVR+O, Blackbox, and related products.

➡️ Customers can optionally renew this program after the first year.

➡️ Existing customers who upgrade their SubC products with an active warranty will automatically get this program until the end of their warranty period.

1. Human Customer Support

SubC strives to set new standards for customer service. As part of the SubC Annual Success Program, your email or call will be prioritized to the top of the queue with our team of experts. For more information on our support tiers, see here: SubC Priority Human Support

Program Tip

Opting into our Annual Success Program ensures your inquiries receive priority handling. Customers without participation or outside their warranty period will be included in our Standard support tier. Standard support requests go into our general queue, alongside those of our broader customer base.

2. Software Updates

SubC inspection technologies are software-defined. This means they get more powerful over time. Through customer interviews and feedback, new features and capabilities are developed each year. Only customers who are part of the Annual Success Program will receive these new features with our software releases.

Our products are field upgradable so that no matter where you are, you can ensure the latest features and functionality are available. For more information see: SubC Software License and Updates

While your software will remain operational beyond the first year, only members of the Annual Success Program will have access to the latest and most advanced software features available.

3. Hardware Warranty

SubC stands by the reliability of our technology. Our products are field-proven and made with high-quality, robust materials. In the very rare case that an issue occurs with the internal electrical or mechanical components of our products, you have peace of mind. Extended warranty is available at an increased cost for up to 5 years from the initial shipment date.

4. Virtual Training & Onboarding

Oceanographic work is challenging. This is why we include two (2) hours of training & onboarding with your imaging system at no additional cost. We recognize the value in helping you have a successful project. Staff can also move on to new roles, and employee turnover is normal in all industries.
