Presentation Viewer UI

Invite Viewers to the Presentation

Once an Internal or Regular Presentation is created, send Invitation emails to those you have included to view the Presentation.

Example:

image-20260120-191310.png
image-20260120-191521.png

Click the Letter icon button to Email Invitations.

A Send Invitations confirmation box will appear with options to Send or Cancel the action.

When you click Send an invitation email will be sent that includes the recipient’s Access Code and a link to the Presentation URL to each of the email addresses included in the Presentation Presentations Passes list.

Presentation Viewer UI

When the people invited to view the Presentation open the Presentation link, they will see the following:

image-20260115-151207.png

In the SubC Presentation Viewer UI, we have added a new Loading in Progress graphic to let users see the application is loading. This is especially useful for users on slower Networks as it reassures that the Presentation Viewer application is loading.

The Presentation Client Login UI will appear, and the invited viewer will enter their email address and their Access Code that was included in the Presentation Invitation email they receive.

The Channel(s) associated with the Presentation must be actively Streaming for your audience to view the Channel video in SubC Presentation Web.

image-20260120-193753.png

Presentation Viewer Examples

Once logged into the Presentation, the invited viewer will see the video(s) of the active streaming Channel(s) that the Remote Operations Admin has set to display on the Presentation.

The following examples show 1 active Channel streaming to an Internal Presentation.

Internal Presentations have the SubC Logo watermark overlay and are intended to be used for preparation and testing prior to live projects.

Regular Presentations do not have this watermark overlay and are intended to be used in live projects.
