Laser Servicing and Maintenance

Servicing

  • Under NO circumstances should the laser product be opened by the customer or any 3rd parties. The warranty will be voided if the unit is modified or the protective housing is removed.

  • The laser product MUST be returned to SubC Imaging for servicing. Please contact support@subcimaging.com for servicing requests.

Maintenance

  • The laser MUST be OFF during maintenance procedure. 

  • The laser front lens should be cleaned regularly with a dry, clean, lint-free cloth and isopropyl alcohol to maintain the clarity of the laser dot.
