Option - Hibernate for Timelapse

The Rayfin with the Hibernate option enables long-duration battery-powered time-lapse. It is delivered as part of the SubC Autonomous Timelapse System. The Hibernation option enables time-lapse photography with low-power consumption for months to a year of deployment. It is available as an option for 6000m Benthic, and 11Km Trench models of Rayfin.

Example Block Diagrams for Autonomous Operation

Common Autonomous Example: this represents a typical setup for an autonomous camera system, with two LEDs and parallel lasers.

Altitude Trigger Autonomous Example: This setup represents a typical setup for an autonomous camera system with the addition of an altitude sensor. The system is then able to trigger LEDs, recording or digital stills based on the distance to seafloor.
