As new Rayfin camera features are introduced, the Rayfin build_prop file may require an update.
You may encounter this message when you connect a SubC application Channel to your Rayfin camera via Rayfin Input Type:
“The camera’s build_prop file is out of date.
Please contact support@subcimaging.com to have it updated.”
This is not an urgent issue; You can click Ok and continue using the Rayfin camera as usual.
However, we do want you to contact SubC Support and schedule a time when we can remote into your system to update your Rayfin camera’s build_prop file.

Insure RustDesk is installed on your SubC Software host system

Include your system’s RustDesk ID and password.

The Rayfin camera(s) must be turned on and available to the SubC application when the SubC Support Agent remotes into your system to update your Rayfin camera’s build_prop file
