WIBU Firm Access Counter is Zero

Cause

You may encounter this error if your computer has a debugging feature enabled that is preventing our software's security system from starting. This can be caused by development, diagnostic, monitoring, or security software running on the computer. It does not necessarily mean that you are intentionally debugging our software.

What to do

Please close any software used for debugging, programming, system diagnostics, reverse engineering, or application monitoring, then restart the computer and try again.

Completely exit any applications such as:
Visual Studio
WinDbg
x64dbg / x32dbg
IDA
Process Hacker / System Informer
other software-development or debugging tools
system monitoring utilities
application monitoring/profiling tools
instrumentation software
remote-support software
specialized hardware diagnostic software

Send DetectionInfo-.log to SubC Support

On your SubC Software host system that is giving this WIBU error, look in C:\ProgramData\CodeMeter\Logs for file "DetectionInfo-.log" and email that log file to support@subcimaging.com.

This log file will help us identify the offending debugger / application that is causing the problem on your SubC Software host system.
